Hello all! It has come to my attention that the audio links via clyp.it no longer function. Being a blog focused almost exclusively on these rare and important tracks, this just will not do!
As my skills have significantly improved since first launching this page, I will be using this situation as an opportunity to revamp the audio available. I will be systematically re-transferring the archive’s discs and tapes, and uploading them to the more easily accessible YouTube, as well as compiling the raw and processed versions of all recordings to archive.org. Whenever possible, I will include label photos and band pictures/memorabilia in the video.
Being the 12th year of this project, and the 60th anniversary of Target Productions first releases, the best way I feel I can celebrate that is to provide everyone visiting here the highest quality experience with this music. I will also be uploading several recently discovered albums of Wisconsin music issued in incredibly limited quantities by Target, and even a few unreleased pop and rock tracks by Father Time and other Sheboygan area bands!
